Farrah Moussallati Sibai is the Founder and President of a food company introducing American consumers Mediterranean cuisine and while making for modern Middle Eastern food at the grocery stores called Afia.
Afia is doing all of this under Sibai’s guidance and all the while giving back to the local refugee community by providing both employment and mentoring opportunities and giving away over 100,000 falafel to hunger relief organizations in Central Texas over the last year and a half.
