For those lucky enough to have a ticket to the big game this weekend, most of the focus will be on the field. But behind the scenes, Chef Dayanny De La Cruz is calling the plays. Her goal: to ensure everyone at Hard Rock Stadium enjoys exciting eats and treats crafted to bring the flavors of Miami to life.
According to Forbes, “on game day, De La Cruz will be responsible for the menus at 167 in-stadium suites, 25 concession stands and seven all-inclusive restaurants and clubs.” No small task. Especially when you consider she is heading up a team that includes over 2,500 employees and covers everything from standard concession stand fare to upscale hospitality suits.
